Philosophy majors attain the highest LSAT (law school entrance exam) scores among all other undergraduate majors, according to Daily Nous

Data from the Law School Admission Council shows philosophy tied with economics as the most advantageous majors, with students in each of those two disciplines achieving an average LSAT score of 159.

Philosophy majors also rank highest by far in verbal reasoning and analytical writing skills, according to the Educational Testing Service.
