Data from the Law School Admission Council shows philosophy tied with economics as the highest-scoring majors, with students in each of those two disciplines achieving an average LSAT score of 159.
Philosophy majors also rank highest by far in verbal reasoning and analytical writing skills, according to the Educational Testing Service.
