About

David joined the department at UC Davis in 2020. Prior to that he has held appointments at the University of Sydney, Oxford University, University of Rochester, and Ithaca College.

Research Focus

David's research concerns issues at the intersection of the philosophy of science, the philosophy of physics, and metaphysics. Of particular interest are: (1) structural realism and structuralism, and (2) the interpretation and metaphysics of quantum theory.
